Some Words on the Subject of my Online Yoga Activities |

How's it going? Thanks for taking a look at my site. One half of this effort is my Online Yoga Studio. I call it Eightfold Online Yoga Studio. I'm trying to make the best yoga videos that I can so that people all over the world can practice yoga at home if they want to. Also, I'm posting yoga music, links, and training resources. I hope you can do something with all this stuff. The other half of my site is something I'm calling 9/11 Truth, Art, and Music. I just became aware of a lot a evidence calling in to question the official account of the 9/11 attacks. I'm putting up links to a lot to great videos on this subject. Also, it appears that the Constitution has been greatly damaged by the work against the writ of habeas corpus. I think it's the greatest emergency our country has ever faced. I'm working on this too. I'm in the process of transforming my professional music and art effort over to calling attention to this matter. All my work now is dedicated to, and in support of the great heroes of the 9/11 Truth Movement. 031608

One half of this website is an online yoga studio presenting yoga videos, music, and training resources. I call it Eightfold Online Yoga Studio. I think the website can be the ultimate tool for presenting yoga world wide. I hope to make a yoga presentation that many people will be able to really do, and enjoy, and benefit from. A style of presenting yoga that is flexible, and adaptive physically, intellectually, spiritually, and in the viewing tech aspect is what I'm emphasising here. Hello and welcome! I'm working on making a really cool site here. I hope you can enjoy all, or part of it. I have to stop spending so much time making and remaking this site though! I have a lot of music to record, a lot of paint to throw, and a lot of yoga videos to make. Really, thanks for being here. I want to make a really functional online yoga studio. I'm trying to find a flexible, and adaptive tech approach to presenting yoga world wide. Hopefully, this will make it possible for people all over the world of different backgrouds, fitness levels, experiences levels, and belief systems to train yoga if they want to. That's Eightfold Online Yoga Studio, and the concept, and the spirit behind it. In regards to the other half of this site, people are seeming to like my short pieces for solo piano most lately, and I hope that you'll give that your primary attention. 080307

It's always been a dream of mine to really express myself honestly, and strongly, and to try to do some good in this world while I'm at it. This online yoga studio, and this digital arts presentation and working digital arts studio is one of my efforts towards realizing that dream. I've been training yoga for a few decades now, and I've been teaching yoga with gyms in the Los Angeles area for the past few years. I'm affiliated with AFFA and the California Yoga Teachers Association. It's my hope here to present an authentic, enjoyable, effective approach to traditional Indian yoga practice. It's a great passion of mine to make yoga practice possible for anyone world wide that wants to do it. I think that this technology is making that pretty close to possible. The other half of the site is my original web site art form Internet Ship Path to the Dream. It's all my original artwork, and I do all elements of creative and tech myself without exception.
